Simple for them. Everything you need.

From signup to daily companionship — here's exactly how Trembli works.

Getting started takes five minutes.

1

Choose a plan

Pick the plan that fits your family. Starter for one senior, Couples for two, Family for up to three, or Premium for facilities.

2

Enter their phone number

We only need their name and phone number. Any US phone that can send a text — including basic flip phones.

3

Complete payment

Secure checkout through Stripe. Cancel anytime. No contracts, no hidden fees.

4

They get a warm welcome text

Tremi introduces herself by name. No setup needed on their end — they just reply naturally, like any conversation.

5

You monitor from your dashboard

Log into the Family Portal to see their wellness status, active reminders, last activity, and any alerts — without reading their private messages.

What your loved one experiences.

A friendly first text

Tremi says hello, asks their name, and starts a natural conversation. No menus, no buttons — just a warm human-like text.

She remembers over time

Medications, family names, doctors, favorite topics. Every detail they share is remembered and referenced naturally in future conversations.

Reminders that feel personal

They can say "remind me to take my pills at 8am every morning" and Tremi handles it — warmly, on time, every day.

Their own private Trembli ID

Every senior gets a unique ID (like TR-ABCD-EFGH) that protects their privacy. They can ask "what's my ID?" anytime.

Four tiers of protection.

Tremi listens carefully for signs that something might be wrong. When she detects distress, she acts — and she tells you.

1

Gentle concern

A single phrase that sounds like distress. Tremi responds with extra warmth and shares the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline number. You see an orange indicator on the dashboard.

2

Repeated signals

Three or more distress signals within 24 hours. Tremi sends a caring check-in text automatically. You see a red indicator and an alert on the dashboard.

3

Persistent pattern

Distress signals on three or more consecutive days. Our care team is personally notified by text message so someone is watching closely.

4

Imminent concern

Language suggesting immediate danger. Tremi sends an urgent wellness check and our care team is alerted within minutes. If there's no reply, we escalate again within 30 minutes.

Their conversations. Their privacy.

What families see

Wellness status (active, check-in needed, or alert), last activity timestamp, active reminders, and distress alerts — never message content.

What families don't see

The actual words of any conversation. We believe seniors deserve the same privacy everyone else expects from their personal communications.

Why it matters

Seniors open up to Trembli because they trust her. That trust depends on knowing that no one — not even family — is reading over their shoulder.

Our data promise

All data is encrypted. We never sell it. We never share it. Seniors can request full deletion at any time by contacting us.

Common questions.

Does my parent need a smartphone?

No. Any phone that can send a text message works with Trembli, including basic flip phones.

What if they text STOP by accident?

They can text START anytime to reactivate. You'll be notified immediately if they opt out.

Can I read my parent's conversations?

No. Senior conversations are completely private. You see wellness indicators and activity — never message content. This is by design, and it's why seniors trust Trembli.

How does Trembli remember things?

Everything your loved one shares with Trembli — their name, medications, family members, important dates — is stored securely and referenced naturally in every future conversation.

What happens in an emergency?

Trembli has a four-tier safety system. Serious distress signals trigger immediate alerts to family and our care team. In imminent situations, we escalate within minutes.

Can I set up reminders for them?

Yes. Your family dashboard includes a full reminder management system. Seniors can also set their own reminders by simply telling Trembli what they need.

What is the Trembli ID?

Every senior gets a unique private ID (like TR-ABCD-EFGH) that protects their identity in our system. They can text "what's my ID?" anytime to see it, and request a new one whenever they want.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account page. No fees, no contracts, no questions asked. Your loved one will receive a kind farewell message.
